1. Information Collected
This Privacy Policy explains what information Axiomry collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
- Account Information: Your email address, and your name and avatar if you sign in with Google or add them to your profile.
- Content You Create: Projects, ideas, documents, tasks, and the messages you send to the AI tools.
- Payment Information: Card details and billing address are collected and processed by Creem, the Merchant of Record for Axiomry. Axiomry never receives or stores your card details; it only receives your subscription status, plan, and the email used at checkout.
- Usage Data: How you interact with Axiomry, collected with cookies and PostHog, plus technical data such as device, browser, and IP address used to keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
2. How Your Information Is Used
- To provide the service and generate AI responses you request
- To manage your subscription and access to paid features
- To answer support requests
- To understand usage and improve the product
- To protect the service from fraud, abuse, and excessive usage
4. Service Providers
Information is shared only with the providers needed to run Axiomry:
- Creem — payment processing, tax, and invoicing as the Merchant of Record, under its privacy policy.
- Supabase — database hosting and authentication.
- AI model providers — process your prompts and the project context needed to generate a response.
- Google — optional sign-in via Google OAuth, under its privacy policy.
- PostHog — product analytics.
These providers process information on behalf of Axiomry or under their own privacy policies. Axiomry does not sell your personal information.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
Your information is kept while your account is active. You can delete your account from Settings, which removes your profile and projects. Payment and invoice records are kept by Creem as required by tax and accounting law.
6. Your Rights and Age Restrictions
Axiomry is intended for users aged 18 years or older. You have the right to access, correct, export, and delete the personal data Axiomry holds about you. Send requests to legal@axiomry.com.
7. Limitation of Liability
Axiomry is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of third-party services or the inability to access Axiomry due to third-party integrations.
8. Policy Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated at any time. Changes will be posted on the website, and you will be notified by email.
