Terms of Service

Welcome to Axiomry, an AI-powered platform for brainstorming, organization, and sharing. By accessing or using Axiomry, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Axiomry provides tools for AI-driven content creation, project management, and community engagement. All content generated through the platform is tied to your user account.

All payments are processed by Creem (creem.io), who acts as the Merchant of Record for Axiomry and sells the subscription to you. By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Creem's buyer terms.

• Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• Applicable taxes, including VAT where required, are calculated by Creem at checkout based on your location.
• When you switch plans, the change is applied to your existing subscription. Upgrades are charged the prorated difference right away.
• If the price of a plan changes, the new price applies from your next renewal after you are notified by email.

Paid plans include AI usage subject to monthly limits and fair use. To protect service quality and availability for all users, Axiomry may apply automated safeguards during heavy or abusive usage patterns.

• Rate limiting and request throttling
• Temporary restrictions on high-cost capabilities, for example web search
• Temporary routing to lower-cost model tiers and slower response modes

These safeguards are dynamic and may be lifted automatically as usage patterns normalize.

Project visibility defaults to public. Access to private project visibility controls may depend on your subscription plan.

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing → Manage, which opens the Creem billing portal. After you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you already paid for and does not renew. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before your renewal date.

Subscriptions are generally non-refundable. Paid plans give immediate access to AI capacity that incurs costs as soon as it is used, so payments cover the billing period that has started.

Refunds are not provided for:

• Forgetting to cancel before a renewal
• Not using the service during a billing period
• Changing your mind after purchase
• Switching to a lower plan or a shorter billing period, or the unused part of a period after cancellation

Refund requests are reviewed manually only in rare cases, such as a duplicate charge, a clear billing error, or a paid plan you could not access because of a fault in Axiomry.

To request a review, email support@axiomry.com with the charge date, amount, the email of your Axiomry account, and a short description of the issue. Contacting support does not guarantee a refund. Approved refunds are issued by Creem to the original payment method.

As the Merchant of Record, Creem may also issue a refund within 60 days of purchase at its own discretion, for example to prevent a chargeback.

Axiomry is digital content delivered immediately. By starting a paid subscription, you request immediate access and acknowledge that, where applicable law allows, you lose the statutory right of withdrawal once access begins. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws.

All transactions are processed securely by Creem. Your card details are never stored on Axiomry servers. Charges appear on your statement as "CREEM.IO* STORE".

For access, charge, or refund questions, contact support@axiomry.com first. Invoices and payment methods are managed in the Creem billing portal. If a billing issue is not resolved within 7 days, you can contact Creem support. Please contact support before opening a chargeback with your bank.

Axiomry reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Advance notice of significant changes is given where possible but is not guaranteed. Service modifications do not constitute grounds for refunds unless explicitly stated.

Any content generated by Axiomry's AI may be stored and analyzed to improve service quality. Publicly shared content is accessible based on your selected settings. By using the AI features, you grant Axiomry the right to store, analyze, and publicly display this content in accordance with the platform's policies.

AI-generated output, including market, competitor, and pricing information, may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. It is provided for informational purposes only and is not legal, financial, investment, or other professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying output before relying on it.

Axiomry is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to inaccuracies in AI-generated content, data loss, or service interruptions.

Axiomry is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the platform or any content generated by AI. Axiomry disclaims all warranties, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Users retain all ownership rights to content they create, but grant Axiomry a limited, non-exclusive license to use, store, and display this content for service improvement purposes.

If you have a concern about Axiomry, contact support@axiomry.com first. The aim is to resolve it informally within 30 days. These Terms do not limit any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.

Users agree not to use Axiomry for any unlawful activities or to infringe on the rights of third parties. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws. You may not:

• Create or share content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, harassing, or infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
• Use Axiomry for spam, phishing, fraud, or malware
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, fair use safeguards, or security measures, or disrupt the service
• Share, resell, or sublicense your account or access to the service, including MCP or API access

Axiomry may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, without a refund.

Axiomry is intended for users aged 18 years or older. By using Axiomry, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Axiomry reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Users are notified by email, and changes are published on the website. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
